What You Will Be Part Of
As a Finance Intern at Radix, you will work directly with the Radix Underwriting Financial Analyst team to support clients in setting up multi-family underwriting models and real estate-focused financial initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis alongside underwriting and investment modeling. You will play a meaningful role in helping the company support our investor, broker, and lender clients while gaining insight into how capital is deployed and decisions are made. This is an opportunity to contribute across both corporate finance and real estate strategy in a high-growth environment.
What You Will Achieve
Support Underwriting multi-family modeling and assisting clients with model setup
Assist in building and maintaining financial models to support company-wide planning and decision-making
Analyze monthly financial performance and help identify key drivers and trends
Partner with the Underwriting Financial Services team to develop dashboards and reporting packages for leadership
Support underwriting and financial analysis for real estate investment opportunities
Assist in evaluating unit economics, pricing strategies, and business performance metrics
Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the multifamily real estate sector
Work with large datasets to generate actionable insights for both finance and product teams
Help improve financial reporting processes, tools, and data accuracy
Present financial insights and recommendations in a clear, structured manner
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Currently based in Arizona or able to work in Arizona for the duration of the internship
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
Exposure to FP&A concepts (budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis) and/or real estate underwriting through coursework or experience
Strong interest in corporate finance, real estate, or investment analysis
Highly curious with a desire to understand how financial decisions drive business outcomes
Demonstrated resilience and ability to work through complex, ambiguous problems
Adaptable and excited to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets required
Familiarity with financial modeling concepts or willingness to learn quickly
Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize and present insights
Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and quality
Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of work
Excited about contributing to a high-growth company with significant upside potential
