Hi! I’m Cailean. I lead Talent Acquisition at Radix and spend most of my time helping great people find the kind of role that actually changes the trajectory of their career, not just their LinkedIn headline. I’m a big believer that recruiting should feel human, conversational, and maybe even enjoyable.

Outside of work you’ll usually find me watching football, and yes, the real kind. I’m a lifelong Manchester United fan, which has built both character and emotional resilience over the years. I’m also usually listening to early 2000s alternative rock like Thrice, AFI, or Incubus and exploring Scottsdale’s restaurant scene or convincing myself a workout class sounded like a good idea at 5:30 AM.

I’ve traveled to 45 countries so far, and that’s probably shaped how I approach recruiting more than anything else. The best conversations usually start with curiosity, a good story, and people being genuinely themselves. That’s the experience I try to create for every candidate who spends time with us.
