What You Will Be Part Of
As a Marketing Intern at Radix, you will play a key role in supporting a fast-growing team that is redefining how multifamily real estate decisions are made. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, from content creation to campaign execution, while contributing to initiatives that directly impact brand growth and customer engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how data-driven marketing operates within a high-growth startup environment. What You Will Achieve
Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, and web
Assist in developing compelling content such as blog posts, case studies, website copy, and sales enablement materials
Partner with product and marketing teams to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging
Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies
Help manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and SEO optimization
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and conversion
Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and performance tracking
Support the development of presentations, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral
Contribute to brand consistency by ensuring all materials align with Radix voice and visual standards
Take ownership of special projects and initiatives that support overall marketing and growth goals
What Makes You a Strong Fit
You are currently pursuing (or have recently completed) a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field...with a preference for Marketing-focused studies
You are naturally curious and eager to learn how marketing drives business growth
You demonstrate resilience and a willingness to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment
You are adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats as priorities evolve
You have strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
You have a foundational understanding of marketing principles (coursework, projects, or internships)
You are interested in content creation, storytelling, and translating complex ideas into simple messaging
You are data-driven and excited to learn how to measure and optimize performance
You are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
You are excited about (or eager to learn about) working in a startup environment with significant growth potential

This role is open to part-time or full-time candidates, depending on availability
