What You Will Be Part Of

You’ll be part of a high-impact analytics team at Radix, building data-driven products that directly influence how multifamily real estate decisions are made. This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, machine learning, and real-world business outcomes—transforming complex, real-time property and market data into actionable insights. You’ll contribute to industry-defining platforms used by operators, investors, and renters, while helping Radix push the boundaries of transparency and intelligence in property technology. Your work will have tangible impact across pricing, forecasting, asset performance, and market strategy.

What You Will Achieve 

• Analyze large-scale, real-time multifamily datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities that drive client value

• Build, deploy, and iterate on machine learning models for rent pricing, market forecasting, and asset performance optimization

• Apply statistical methods and hypothesis testing to support data-driven product and business decisions

• Leverage generative AI tools to improve data ingestion, enrichment, analysis, visualization, and reporting workflows

• Partner closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate analytical insights into scalable platform features

• Design and maintain data pipelines and models deployed on cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure

• Monitor model performance in production and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and business relevance

• Create clear, compelling visualizations and narratives that communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Contribute to the evolution of Radix’s analytics capabilities across RealRents, Radix Analytics, and Radix Underwriting

• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for analysis, modeling, and automation

• Comfort working with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and deploying analytical solutions into production

• Interest or experience using generative AI tools to enhance analytics and decision-making workflows

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset when working across product, engineering, and operations

• Detail-oriented problem solver who takes ownership of outcomes, not just analyses
