What You Will Be Part Of

You will join a fast-growing team focused on building simple and intuitive experiences that help multifamily professionals make smarter decisions with confidence. As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross functional partners in our Prishtina office to turn complexity into clarity and bring ideas from exploration to execution. You will own design for key areas of the Radix platform, act as the voice of the user, and champion simplicity as you transform insights into elegant, user centered solutions.

What You Will Achieve 

• Transform complex, data heavy problems into simple and efficient user experiences that feel intuitive and clear
• Take strategic ownership of core product areas and guide work from exploration through delivery in partnership with Product and Engineering
• Validate concepts through usability testing and data informed decisions that drive measurable impact
• Strengthen and evolve the Radix design system to ensure consistency, quality and scalability
• Influence teams across the company by aligning stakeholders, communicating design rationale and driving design excellence
• Mentor junior and mid level designers while contributing to best practices that shape the future of Radix design culture

What Makes You a Strong Fit 

• You bring five to seven years of experience designing digital products in B2B or SaaS environments with a strong record of owning design for complex applications such as dashboards and data tools. 
• Your portfolio demonstrates systems thinking, strong visual craft and end to end product design. 
• You are highly skilled in Figma and comfortable with core design tools including prototyping, components, tokens and variants. 
• You bring a strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design and information architecture. 
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners and you thrive in fast paced, iterative environments where balancing speed and craft is essential.
