What You Will Be Part Of
You will join a team where financial insights fuel every major decision at Radix. Your work will turn complex data into strategic intelligence that guides our growth and is regularly reviewed by our executive team and Board. This is a full time, onsite role in Scottsdale where in person collaboration strengthens the high visibility initiatives you will help drive.
What You Will Achieve
- Build and maintain board ready financial models that shape decisions across pricing, fundraising, M&A and capital allocation
- Own the full FP&A cycle including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and scenario planning
- Design executive dashboards and KPIs that highlight trends, risks and opportunities for leadership
- Prepare clear board level materials that communicate Radix performance and strategy
- Identify margin expansion and cost efficiency opportunities through analytics driven insights into spend, pricing and product mix
- Partner closely with the VP of Finance, Accounting and the CEO to support strategic decisions and strengthen reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with Accounting to streamline month end inputs and ensure GAAP and ASC 606 compliance
- Automate financial reporting processes using tools such as SQL, Python and modern FP&A platforms
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or investment banking ideally within SaaS, tech or data heavy businesses
- Proven ability to influence C suite and Board decisions through clear financial storytelling and quantitative insight
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for modeling and scenario analysis
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, LTV CAC and gross margin along with revenue recognition under ASC 606
- Skilled at creating board level presentations that simplify complex concepts and drive confidence
- Comfortable using SQL or BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI to extract and visualize data
- Able to communicate financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with ERP and FP&A systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive or Anaplan
- Experience supporting fundraising, M&A or investor relations in high growth environments
- Exposure to property tech, real estate analytics or other asset intensive industries
- CPA, CFA or MBA preferred
